- Feeding system of seeds adopts impeller-type-and-consecutive-feeding feeder, regulating by step less control. Feeding system of chemical product adopts step less-control-and-consecutive-feeding metering pump. It can realize fine processing.
- Main components of the coater includes centrifugal pulverization drum, flexible screw blender unit, flexible rotary clean unit. It can realize uniform distribution of chemical product on the seed, with low crashing ratio, low noise, easy to clean.
- Intellectualized control system based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). LCD touch screen was employed as man-machine interface. On the interface, operator can three parameters such as productivity, specific gravity, ratio of seed vs. chemical liquid. Then the control system automatically set the feeding rate of seed and chemical liquid. Moreover, the feeding of seeds and chemical liquid switch on or switch off in sequence, running according to interlocking mode. The system ensures synchronous, consecutive, quantificational and steady feeding of seed and chemical liquid. It reduces low crashing ratio, avoids chemical product's dispersion, prevents bodily damage to operators, and improves the coating quality. All operations were humanized.

Application

- Seed coater uniformly covers seeds with chemical product, realizing plant protection, mixing pesticide and fertilizer with seeds before sowing.
