1. If you are the end-user of the machine, when the machine breaks down, we can video chat through Skype, and our engineer will tell which part of the machine breaks down. Then we can send the new parts to you to replace the broken one. We will make a video for you tell you or your engineer how to replace it. Don’t worry, it is very easy. Or if you know which part of the machine is broken, you can take pictures for us, and then we can just send the new ones right away.
2. If you are not the end-user, which means you will sell the machine to other end-users, we can perform it this way. If you have very professional after sales service engineer (If you don’t have, we can train for you.), you can buy some spare parts go along with the machine orders, for example, lamps, control panel, simmer panel, handles and so on. When the machine has problem, you take pictures to us, or we can have a video talk on the Skype, we tell you where the problem is and change which part. You have this part in stock, and your engineer knows how to change. It can solve the problem in a short time. It doesn’t affect beauty center’s regular work. If the machine in the warranty, at the same time, we send new spare parts to you. And you resend the broken-down parts to us for repair.
