Hongyu mold manufactory is processing high precision stamping dies. We split the die into pieces, process by profile grinding. PG die with better surface and better accuracy than wire cut dies. The smallest cutting clearence is *0.**2mm, smallest inner radius is R0.*3mm. PG die with much longger working life time than wire cut dies, it's best for high precision electronic components.
