Leased Funds Accounts are useful in utilizing and accessing opportunities not readily available if the client does not have sufficient funds or collateral to close transactions. The accounts that we offer can be delivered and verified within *4/*8 hours. In addition, if needed, the client can swift using the MT**0, MT**9, or the MT**9 swift format. The proof of funds issued to our clients can be delivered to any preferred destination within **3 days. Typically all accounts are reserved for *0, *0, *0 or ***-day terms.

The contract will include all escrow service agreements including the safe guards and benefits of using Commercial Escrow Service. Leased Capital, LLC will meet clients in person or at the Commercial Escrow Service facility in order to make the client comfortable with the escrow process.
