The screw extruder and the tractor adopt frequency control of motor speed device, while the vacuum pump and the traction electric machine adopt high-quality products. The tractor has *-claw, *-claw, *-claw, *-claw, and *-claw methods, optional saw bit cutting and planetary cutting and additive length gage and incrassation device. The machine set has steady performance and high production efficiency. The company can tailor special device to produce inwall spiral pipe, inwall hollow pipe and core form pipe according to customer demands. The machine set’s extruder is replaceable and can produce PP, PE, ABS and PPR, PEX, silicon-core pipe and other material pipes. The planetary cutter adopts full-automatic CNC, with such advantages as easy operation and stable performance, reaching international advanced level.
