Introduction

PVC polymer Waterproof Membrane is made from polyvinyl chloride resin as main material, blended in defoamer, aging resistant agent and ultraviolet absorber, processed by using advanced equipment and technics. Sometimes fiberglass mesh, fiberglass non-woven fabrics or polyester non-woven fabrics can be added as backing to enhance product property.
Features
1)The product is plant-root puncture resistant, long service life, high tensile strength and great elongation. it can effectively resist the destruction of  waterproof layer due to structure deformation.
2)Superior aging-resistant performance, low heat-treatment size change rate, excellent wind-uplifting resistance, suitable for exposed roof system.
3)Resistant to chemical corrosion & mildew , especially applicable to tunnel waterproofing and plant roof  waterproofing engineering.
4)Good Perforation resistance , high mechanical resistance.
5)Good low-temperature flexibility,  fire retardancy, self-extinguishing once leave fire. High construction safety and reliability.
6)Bond well with substrate under hot gas welding , safe and reliable welding seam, and no environmental pollution.
Application scope
1)Roof waterproofing: plant roof, flat roof, pitched roof, lightweight steel construction roof ;
2)Underground waterproofing: artificial lake，basement;
3)Traffic tunnel: sewage treatment systems;
Constructions - Mechanical Fastening(steel roof)
1) Substrate should be clean and without sharp points.
2) Paving vapor barrier.
3) Laying insulation foam board: use special fastener to fasten the foam board onto the steel roof.  Snap lines for laying PVC membrane.
4) Pre-paving PVC waterproof membrane: lay the PVC membrane onto the foam board according to the snaplines, PVC membrane laying direction should be perpendicular to the corrugation direction of the profiled steel sheet. Keep PVC membrane in a natural unfolded, straight and smooth state without distortion, with overlapping of ******0mm and trim as required.
5) PVC waterproof membrane fastening: fasteners and spacers be placed as shown in above picture, *0mm distance from the membrane edge, and fixed.
6) PVC membrane overlapping: overlap the long edges of two adjacent PVC membrane sheets; place the fasteners and spacers under the top overlapping PVC membrane within the overlapping area. Use hot gas welding machine to weld the overlapping PVC membranes together. Air inflation leak check is required if adopt double seam welding.
7) Joints treatment: cut PVC membrane into required size and shape for joints patching, use handheld hot gas welding gun to properly weld the patching pieces to joints.
8) PVC membrane termination sealing off: use sealant, metal strips and fasteners to seal up the PVC membrane termination all around.
Remarks: for Full-adhibiting Method; pls refer to  TPO membrane.
Storage and Transportation
Flat-wise storage ,the stacking height should not be more than 5 layers,
Up-right storage,the stacking height should not be more than 2 layers.
Prohibited to contact with acid, alkali, oils and organic solvents. 
Storage temperature should not exceed *5℃, storage period should not be more than one year.
