Introduction:

SJSZ series extruders with different screws, dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic especially PVC powders into pipe, sheet, film, and profile; also it can modify and granulate.

The whole PVC profile extrusion line consists : FSJSZ Twin parallel ( conical) screws extruder die, vacuum calibrating table, Haul off unit, Cutting unit and stacker etc.

a. Precise designed screw thread lines ensure material with multi profile in good flow melting condition and the PVC profile quality in smoothly ;

b. Vacuum Calibrating table especial designed enlarged Centrifugal pump

cooling system and ensure the PVC profile in good smooth condition .

c. The haul off unit adopted the unique lift technique by Friend Company. it work stable and reliable.

d. Cutting the profile length by automatic counting for 4m.6m,8m *2m. etc. with PVC powder and scraps suction collect device. ,

e. Multi-holes profile and section profile available.

f. PLC electrical control system for the customer selection.
