1. Content of the theme and scope of application This standard stipulates the classification, technical requirements, marks and transportation and storage of extruded hard polyvinyl chloride plate. This standard is suitable for extruded hard polyvinyl chloride plate which is made from polyvinyl chloride(main material) and the additive. This product is suitable for making the equipment of chemical chemistry, chemical fertilizer, petroleum, electroplating, water purification, environmental protection and various kinds of corrosion-resistant structural materials. It is not suitable for making food container materials. 2. Specifications The specification deviation should accord with the regulation of form I for the product with thickness of ***0mm. 3. Technical requirements (1) Color: It is generally gray; it can have slight color difference and spots; we can produce product of other colors after consultation with the user. (2) Appearance: The surface of the product should be smooth with no crackles and bubbles. Allowed to have ripples but should not be felt. (3) Apparent form: The four sides of the product should be neat and clean without notches larger than 5mm. (4) Properties of the product: The physical and mechanical performance of the plate should accord with the regulations of form II. 4. Sign, transportation and storage. (1) There should be the name of the producer, registered trademark, name of the product, specifications, production date and shift on every board. (2) During the transportation and storage, the products should not be thrown, impacted, solarized and drenched with rain. (3) The products should be stored in the warehouse with a temperature lower than *0℃. The distance between the product and heat source should not less than 1m. All the plates stored in the environment with a temperature lower than 0 ℃ should be kept for one day and night under room temperature before using.
