It has advantages, such as even plasticizing, small cutting speed rate , high output, long service-life etc. The unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum-sizing table, drawing machine, cutter and stacker. The speed of main motor are regulated by freqency converter. The temperature control meters are RKC/Omron of Japan . The vacuum pump and driving motor are also high-quality products.
