FEATURES No More Standing in Queue Lines: Each customer takes a ticket, be seated and waits in comfort .When it is his turn to be served, his ticket number will be displayed on the Counter Display, (Multimedia) Main Display as well as called by a voice announcement. Customers are assured of first-come-first-served service. Better Productivity : On-line information on the queue such as no. of people waiting and the waiting times for various services are available to the Supervisor of the system. Based on the prevailing queue length and the rate at which customers are being served, the system can estimate the no of counters required to maintain the preferred quality of service .The Supervisor can then assign just the right no. of clerks or tellers to cope with the queue. The system even sounds a warning when the waiting time for any service exceeds a preset limit. Multiple Services : The same (Multifunction) Ticket Printer can issue tickets for multiple services, each with a different series of ticket numbers. Each counter can be programmed to serve one or several services. In the case of a counter serving more than one service, one of these services can be defined as the primary services while the remainder as secondary services. Each counter will normally serve customers from its primary service. However, when there are no more customers from the primary service, it will automatically serve customers from the secondary services. This feature ensures maximum utilization of counter resources while allowing dedicated services to be offered at specific counters. Service assignment can be done by the counter clerk using his (Virtual) Counter Terminal or by the Supervisor of the system at the Remote Supervisor Terminal or the Queue Server.
