1 Overview

Quartz glass disc is made of cutting and griding quartz glass , the SiO2 purity can reach more than 99.99%, the hardness is 7 grade mohs , with high temperature resistance , low thermal expansion coefficient , good thermal shock resistance ,electrical insulation and high transmission .

2 Characteristic

1. quartz glass plate can workd under 1200 ℃ continuously , also can reach 1450 ℃ in a short time, softening point is 1650°C,and the melting point is 1650-1800°C.
2.Corrosion resistant, Except hydrofluoric acid, Quartz Glass Plate do not react with anyacid and base except hydrofluoric acid.the stability is
30 times of the ceramic,and 150 times of stainless steel .
3.Excellent thermal shock stability
4.High transmission to 85%
5.Electric insulation ,it is 10000 times of usual glass.
