Quinta da Mata is an extra virgin olive oil cold pressed from the best olives of every campaign. Our olives are grown exclusively in the region of Ribatejo, being processed in our mill, respecting traditional cultural values. Our ambition is to produce a **0% pure olive oil, which preserves all the characteristics of flavor, aroma and freshness of the fruit, with an extremely low acidity (less than 0.2%)
