The machine can be used to recycle both copper wire and aluminium wire. At first, crusher crushes wire. After crushing, the wire becomes short scraps. At this time, pvc has already off from core, but they are mixed together. Then mixture of pvc and metal are conveyed onto air separator, where pvc and metal core are separated.

The purity of products(copper and pvc) can reach *9.*9%. The invention of it not only changes the traditional way of recycling copper wire( burning copper wire to get copper) to reduce environmental pollution, but also enhance the purity of copper.
