l The main body and the side door are
forged from alloy steel.
l Assembly sealing rings with excellent
sealing function are used to seal the side
door.
l With floating type ram, the front ram
rubber is separated from the top ram rubber which makes more
reliable in sealing and easier to change.
l With inner flow, the loading chain is
separated from the hydraulic chain.
l Both sides of the body chamber are
arc-shaped, as well as the transition of four corners, so that the
maximum stress endured by the body while under pressure is
reduced.
l The flange grooves of BOP and drilling spool are overlaying stainless steel.
Characteristics:
1. The pressure bearing parts including
the shell, side door and side door bolt are all forged from alloy
steel. The metal parts are highly corrosion-proof plated with
nickel phosphate.
2. Compact structure, small volume,
light weight, easy operation and
maintenance.
3. Flashboard room use elliptic structure to improve the stress distribution and safety performance of shell.
