For real direct buyers are available soft POP documents of previous shipment. The representative person of the Buyer is allowed for the product verification to the factory and during shipment 

Payment terms: Preferable: *0% T/T after POP confirmation of SGS, *0% L/C* upon loading documents and SGS tests in the port of loading

Negotiable:

Variant 1: **0% L/C upon acceptable presentation of the shipment documents from the port of loading

Variant 2: *0% L/C upon the documents form the loading port including SGS inspection, *0% L/C upon the documents form the discharge port including SGS inspection

* L/C irrevocable, auto revolving for one month value, transferable, divisible, confirmed by of one of the TOP *0 world bank

Pricing**: 

For preferable payment terms: FOB China $**0, CIF Europe $**0

For Variant 1 payment terms: FOB China $ **0, CIF Europe $**0

For Variant 2 payment terms: FOB China $ **5, CIF Europe $**5

+ commissions 3% paid by buyer (1,5% for seller side, 1,5% for buyer side) - NCNDA+IMPFA contract

Start of the business:

LOI from the direct BUYER

The seller issues SCO (in case of the request from direct buyer)

Buyer responds with ICPO with bank details and soft POF authorization

After positive verification of the Buyer the Seller issues FCO and the Buyer will be allowed to see the previous shipment documents and to have a visit to the factory

Buyer signs and seals the FCO

Seller issues draft of the SP contract

Parties signs and seals the Contract

The shipments start as per contract conditions
