We can only choose materials from the surface of rough material, so we can only refer the thickness of stripe from the surface. Thus stripe required in your first and second email exists in our product, but we cannot assure you how much it exists in our product and we are not able to accept the quantity you ordered. I prepared the picture left to show you why we are not able to do that. Hope you can check carefully. If you it is accepted for you the stripe showed in the picture then we can accept you order, or we cannot accept order for we are not able to do that. Hope for your understanding sincerely. 

According to our production mode we can ensure that every product has stripe, but we cannot ensure that ****0 beads in ****0 beads has white stripe required in your email. We cannot ensure the thickness degree of product. We manufacture according to band but we cannot ensure that stripe of each product are band. On the basis of our production mode the amount of straight stripe is very small. Thus we need you accept products with stripe regardless the stripe is. 

According to the inner structure of agate, the white stripes are in the middle.(see the picture). We get the products after we cut the materials into lamina. But we cannot ensure you the quantity. We just send the final quantity we can achieve of this type of products to our clients, thus we cannot accept the quantity our clients required.

Due to the characters of agate flesh, under the same temperature and with the same dyestuff, they will result to different colors. It is out of our control to achieve the color what we want. So after the dyestuff we deliver the final colored product to our clients. What we can do is when the final product came into being we string the same or similar color products together. Hope for your understanding.

According to the combination product of stripe and color, in order to avoid problems at the delivery, we accept the order from our clients on condition that the client approve the following two terms.
