Our Carob is a wild indeed, its coming from Mediteran area, south Dalmatia, Croatia. Its fully clean and ecological areas, where threes growing in wild nature without of any treatments.   Its growing on ilands or nerbay the cost of Adriatic sea. Except very good Mediteran clima with lot of sun and shine, there is unique combination with third natural phenomen. Its a strong wind locally called „Bura“ which blowing during the year. It mineralize trees and naturally drie fruits. For this reason it is a unique foodstuff in the world. Our product is characterized by a large amount of flavonoids which are well known in cancer  prevention. Our product is very tasty, indeed naturaly sweet.
Carob is low in fat, rich in pectin , rich in proteins and rarely act as an allergen , rich in dietary fiber , such as tannins and especially hemicellulose , and has a very high value to the flavonoids . Calorie value is 2/3 less than the chocolate. Carbohydrates make up *0% of the composition of carob . It contains vitamins A, B , B2 , B3 , and D. In addition possesses considerable amounts of calcium, phosphorus , potassium, magnesium . In smaller quantities  iron , manganese , barium , copper and nickel .
Carob has a slightly different flavor then chocolate , but its composition is much more acceptable food for people with diabetes , migraine or anxiety, nervousness. It has natural sweetnes , so when we prepare desserts with carob we need to add less sugar than with cocoa. It can be used in shakes or smoothies , it is a great addition instead of sugar, and great full flavor .
Carob flour is used in the food industry as a stabilizer and for getting dark colour. In kitchen is often used as a substitute for cocoa and coffee. Of fine flour we can make  delicious and healthy hot drinks or it can provide a fine aroma of various puddings and cakes .
In health food stores can be found a variety of desserts , puddings, spreads from carob.  Mature carob can be consumed as a sweet snack . Carob has a lot of tannin so  sometimes is given to children who have problems with diarrhea , and even some clinical trials confirmed the effect of carob in preventing diarrhea. A simple drink that can help with this unpleasant situation is apple juice with  *5 grams of carob flour .
