1. Application Form for Provisional Registration of Overseas Supplier Enterprises of Imported Raw cotton;

Note1: The form need to be signed by legal representative with company chop

2. Business registration documents (Certificate of incorporation and IEC certificate)

Note: If you have ISO***1:***8 certificate, also provide it.

3. The plan and some photos of the permanent plant (including warehouse and processing locations) and office

Note2: The size (length and width) of the permanent plant (include warehouse and processing locations) and office must be marked on the plan. The photos must show the company’s name, the gate, the warehouse, the processing locations, the facility, and so on. The more the better.

4.Cotton inspection report (if it is self inspection must provide inspection equipment model and photos)
