On receipt of the buyer LOI confirming the seller procedures, the mine will issue a Pro Forma Invoice and the attached manifest to the buyer, which is to be signed and returned within *8 hours by the relevant authorized purchaser of the company. By signing this, the buyer commits himself to adhere to the procedure. 2. Once the signed Pro Forma Invoice and manifest has been received, the buyer has *8 hours in which to start the procedure of establishing an approved financial instrument, SBLC, MT**0 process.
