testing water pressure: 2.5MPa for JIS sizes (equal to **2.5psi), and 5MPa for EN****2 sizes.

It does not like threaded pipe fittings,via shocking,threads turns to loose.There is less chances of loosen of couplings in some accident,i.e. Earthquake,house quake,pipeline resonance and hammer vibration. No gas leakage or smoke or fire smoke.

Compare to threaded **0LB pipe fittings, such fittings should screw turn by turn to be solid fixed, then check if any leakage, if any,shall replace or use Nylon webbing to wrap to test again,until fine enough. compare to butt welded pipe fittings, such fittings should welding between fittings by welding machine along with welding rods,should take lots of time welding from fitting and pipes bevel end bottom small angle to upper bigger bevel angle to ensure the welding work strong.

Sealing ring material:

Option 1. CIIR(Chlorinated butyl rubber): Sanitary for human consumption, not oil resistant. Suitable for drinking water, tap water, hot and cold water, sanitary air.

Option 2. EPDM(Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) : Sanitary for human consumer, not oil resistant. Suitable for drinking water, tap water, hot and cold water, sanitary air and compressed gas.

Option 3: FKM(Fluororubber): It is both oil proof and sanitary. suitable for edible oil, compressed air. But a little more expensive than CIIR, EPDM and NBR.

Sizes range Pipe press cap fitting :

The norminal diameters are: DN*5, *0, *5, *2, *0, *0, *5, *0 and DN**0, including GB 1 and GB 2.

GB 1 series is same size as EN****2, out diameters are: *8, *2, *8, *5, *2, *4, *6.1, *8.9, **8mm.

GB 2 series is same size as JIS G ***8, out diameters are: *5.*8, *2.*2, *8.*8, *4.*0, *2.7, *8.6, *6.1, *8.9, **8mm.

Packaging & Shipping
