REBCO (Russian Export Blend Crude Oil) is a sort of the Russian export oil mixture formed in the pipeline system "Transneft" by mixing heavy sour oil Volga-Ural oil and low-sulfur Western Siberia, corresponding in its characteristics to the brand Urals. Currently, it is advisable to use the designation Urals (REBCO) - for oil grade Urals oil exported outside the Russian Federation through various ports.
