RBD Palm Olein
RBD Palm Olein is obtained by the fractionation of palm oil, an
edible vegetable oil derived from the reddish pulp of the fruit of
oil palms. Fractionation is the processes of refining, bleaching
and deodorization. The end product at the end of these processes is
called 'refined bleached deodorized palm oil' or RBDPO.
RBD Palm Olein, an edible vegetable oil used as cooking oil in:
- Industrial frying and fast food preparation
- Household frying and food preparation
Health Benefits:
Some of the health benefits of RBD Palm Olein are
- that it is natural source of tocotrienol, part of the vitamin E
family
- Studies have indicated that consumption of palm olein (which is
more unsaturated) reduces blood cholesterol when compared to
sources of saturated fats like coconut oil, dairy and animal
fats

become cloudy, when cooled under the specified conditions. The
