Payment method:
Payment for the Agreement quantity of  XXXX,Metric Tons (+/- 5%) shall be effected through Buyer opens the Payment Instrument as agreed in the contract, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible, Assignable, Confirmed, Irrevocable, SBLC to the Sellers Bank, valid *0 days. 2. BUYER CONFIRM THE CONTRACT AND SIGN AND REVERT IT TO THE SELLER.
3. SIGNING THE CONTRACT THE SELLER GOING TO SEND BY EMAIL A TOTAL OF THREE ORIGINAL COPIES OF WHICH WILL RECEIVE 2 COPIES SIGNED AND AUTHENTICATED.
4. AFTER ISSUING OF **0%SBLC MT**0 Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible BY THE BUYERS SIDE, THE SELLER SHALL ISSUE A POP (Proof of Product) OF GOODS (RSFO) TO THE BENEFICIARY. 
5. AFTER ISSUING OF **0%SBLC MT**0 Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible  *0 DAYS AFTER PACKING AND SHIPMENT SHALL COMMENCED 
6. CONFIRMATION OF LOADING DATE.     
7. SELLER SHALL TRANSPORT GOODS TO THE PORT OF LOADING.
8. SHIPPING DOCUMENT SHALL BE PROCESSED AND PRESENTED TO THE BUYER VIA BANK FAX OR TELEFGRAPH CURRIER.
9.           AFTER  ORIGINAL LOADING PAPERS WAS PRESENT TO THE BUYERS BANK(BANK TO BANK ONLY), BUYER  ISSUE OF **0%SBLC MT**3 Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible  PAYMENT MAX. 2 DAYS AFTER TO THE SELLERS BANK.
*0. SHIPPING SHALL COMMENCED AND SHALL TAKE BETWEEN *5 AND MAXIMUM OF *0(+/*5% CALENDAR DAYS) TO GET TO THE PORT OF DESTINATION.
