By analyzing and studying the requirements for kiln liner material in the clinkering zone of large dry method cement production line, combining the rich experiences of producing refractories used for cement kiln and depending on the strong research and development capacity of Beijing University of Science and Technology (very famous university in china), we developed the new generation magnesiumhercynite brick. Its main raw materials are magnesia powder. It is formed by high-pressure molding and high-temperature calcination by adding hercynite and appropriate amount of additive agents made by our company. The product obtains good using effects in sintering zone by large dry method cement production line by means of its excellent performance. It is ideal kiln liner material for sintering zone of new dry method rotary cement kiln.
