Notes for use of the paper sprue tube;
The paper sprue tube is made of organic fibers and refractory materials. In storage and use, it is necessary to make fire prevention and moisture-proof, especially not direct contact with fire source and high temperature .The following points should be noted in use:
1.The lower part of the sprue basinmust be fully buried in sand mould. The paper sprue tube should below the sand mold surface (cat not exposed in the air). The sprue basin docking site use refractory materials such as asbestos cloth reinforcement, also can use docking ceramic tube. But the length should over **0 mm, so that it could avoid oxidation during high temperature.
2. Due to the high temperature strength of the paper is limited, the sand mould must be completely wrapped in the outside of the paper sprue tube to resist the impact of molten metal.(perfect sand mould is the key to good casting. When the shape filling is not in real time, it can be damaged when the paper sprue pouring is poured.)
3. The complete joint of the paper tube is also important.(It should fullyconnect between paper sprue tube, inadequate connections may cause damage, inclusion, and the iron ran out) ,you can use high temperature glue to seal seams. If the length of the paper sprue tube is longer, you can fix the tape to prevent the connection from loosening or bending.
4. Pay attention to the connect direction when the paper sprue tube is used. The molten metal should flow to the direction of the flow.
5. Check if the paper sprue tube is in good condition before use, if any damage is prohibited .
6. Hand cutting of hacksaw blade in accordance with the required length.
7. The paper sprue tube should water-proof and moisture-proof, and ifthe phenomenon of moisture absorption appeared ,it must be dried at low temperature (under **0℃)before use.
8.The paper sprue tube is fragile, so it  must not to be packed under heavy cargo, handle gently
