This is fresh rock crab cooked on the same day they are caught ,then only the claws and knucles are taken out , the girls save all that meat and put in bags,, then frozen and kept that way till shipped,, These are all caught in the Nothumberland Strait between New-Brunswick and Prince Edward Island on the East Coast ,Northern Atlantic coast,,The meat is by far best in taste that you will ever eat we do a lot of lobster and that is also very good ,but once you taste the rock crab its like a blast of ocean goodness very hard to discribe except by tasting yourself, you will have no regrets,,,We have a minimum order of 2 boxes and max of **0  we need 2 weeks notice for orders this will be on for another two months then it will be lobster again,so place your orders a.s.a.p.because there are limited quantaties and you certainly don't want to miss out .... we can ship anywhere you need in the world so if you want the best contact us we will take care of you
