COPPER ROD BREAKDOWN MACHINE

1. Introduction
The machine is used for drawing Φ8mm copper rod to 1.**4mm wires, complete with continuous annealer, dual spooler or coiler. 

2. Technical Features
2.1 Ironed cast and horizontal structure, dual driving motors, owning rapidly mould-change system;
2.2 High precision helical gears transmission, with high efficiency and low noise;
2.3 The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power, which is strong in;
2.4 Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool, which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire;
2.5 Annealing device is inclined, which can reduce machine height and convenient for workers to cross wire;
2.6 Special designed air pipe to send air to the axis of annealing wheel;
2.7 Wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler(according to needs);
2.8 Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen(Simens or according to needs), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.

2.1 The horizontal and tandem construction, driven by two motors to achieve fast die change;
2.2 High precise helical gears transmission, high efficiency, low noise;
2.3 Transmission part enforced oil supply lubrication system;
2.4 Drawing capstans are in combined structure;
2.5 Emulsion immersed lubrication and cooling can ensure high quality of wires produced;
2.6 With coiler or double take-up to achieve high automation and high efficiency.
2.7 Electrical control: SIEMENS DC drive system, digital communication control
