Main usage:
The machine is a
automatic rotation and continuous press machine. It is the ideal
equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industrial
department, it can press various kinds of granular materials to the
tablet. It is suitable for large or small batch production of
pressing round pills, sugar piece, calcium tablet, etc. It does not
apply to press subsolid or wet powder.
Speciality
RZP5A, RZP7A, RZP9A are mainly used for
automaticly pressing granular material into under *3mm, in round or
irregular shape with text, symbols, and graphics tablets. The
powder in granular material must be no more than *0%.
This
machine is not suitable for half solid, wet particle, low
melting point material, easily wetting materials, and powder
materials.
RZP*7, RZP*9, RZP*3, are mainly used for pressing
round pieces. Turntable speed, material filling depth, &
turntable thickness are adjustable. Mechanical cushioning device
can avoid mechanical damage caused by overload.
There is
absorbing device on one side, to suck up overall power in
prodcution, to avoid material bonded, and to recycle raw
material.
RZP*7& RZP*9
also can press material into irregular.
RZP*3 with
double-pressure, there are two kinds of feeder and two sets of
wheels. Can be mounted on *3 die on a turntable, and get *6 pieces
a circle.
RZP*7D,
RZP*7A, RZP*9, RZP*1, can press into common round piece as well as
all kinds of special-shaped. The external shell is closed,and it is
made of stainless steel to prevent cross contamination. It is in
accordance with GMP. It is equipped with removeable transparent
glass window, and then we can clearly observe the State of the
Tablet, and easily clean and maintain the inner.
