1 Application  The machine is used for elevation rubber material, work with overturn type dispersion mixer. Dispersion mixer overturns rubber material into bucket of elevator. When mixing chamber reposition, bucket elevating, elevate rubber into two roll mill or rubber sheet machine. 2 Main technological standards 2.1 Application model of dispersion mixer: X(s) N- *5×*0 2.2 Elevation distance: 4m 2.3 Elevation speed: **0mm/S 2.4 Power of electric motor: 1.5 KW 3 Structure and working principle  It main made up of frame, drive system, electric system, ect. Frame is made from profiled bar. Working principle of transmission system is speed reducer drives chain, and then chain wheel of chain drives bucket elevated and dropped. Electric system not only works with dispersion mixer, but also can achieve manual control. There are two travel switches separately on the two ends of frame to control position of elevation and dropping of bucket. 4 Maintenance and repairing 4.1 Pouring lubricant into speed reducer per six months 4.2 Smear glycerin into chain wheel per three months. 4.3 Each shaft should check it to prevent causing accident by travel switches destroy or insensitivity. 4.4 Smear glycerin on bearing per three months.
