The hydraulic separating machine is mainly used by the tyre factory to reclaim(separate) rubber and steel wire from uncured rubberized steel cord and belt ply scrap. Our machine can separate both steel cord and nylon cord..Put the cord in the hydraulic clamp then the separator can automatically scrape all the rubber on the steel wire, the recycle rate is *8%. It is hydraulic controled,simple to operate, efficient and very powerful. Each machine can be operated by only one person. The semi-steel belt ply or cord  scrap can reclaim *5kg rubber per hour, full-steel steel belt ply or cord scrap can reclaim ****0kg rubber per hour. It can save a vast amount of manpower and raw material.
