Product Specification

Product Description

Kiosk keyboards are designed to withstand prolonged usage in severe public environments. The rugged QWERTY kiosk keyboard and trackball is specifically designed for harsh environments and public usage. The product can be back-mounted, or adapted to stand-alone concepts. The kiosk keyboard uses a molded aluminum bezel and zinc keys. Key legends are molded into each key so they will not wear off with prolonged usage. Weep holes in the kiosk keyboard are incorporated into the design to allow liquids to drain without damaging the unit. The internal portion of this rugged keyboard is sealed to the extent that it can be immersed and cleaned with liquids without damage. The trackball is sealed with a Teflon ring and sealed to Nema 4 in the static position. The kiosk keyboard is offered standard with a USB*2 or PS/2 interface.
