REBCO (Russian Export Blend Crude Oil) - it's sort of the Russian export oil by mixing heavy sour oil, sweet crude oil, corresponding to the characteristics to make Urals. Currently, the use of appropriate designation Urals (REBCO) - for oil grade Urals, exported from the Russian Federation through the ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga.

Urals oil is a reference oil brand used as a basis for pricing for the Russian export oil mixture. It is a mix of heavy, high-oil of Urals and the Volga region with light oil of Western Siberia. Other reference oils are Brent.
