Product Description

Roof Panels are roll formed from 0.5mm (nominal) thick cold-rolled steel coated with an aluminum/zinc alloy (Zincalume). The material conforms to ASM A **2M Grade **5 B, with alloy (Aluminum/Zinc) coating AZM**0 (or equivalent), having a minimum yield strength of *4.5 kN/cm (*0ksi). The coating is achieved through a hot dip process, which is *5% aluminum and the balance zinc by weight. Pre-painted roof panels are optional.
Wall Panels have the same specifications as the roof panels but they are mill painted. Paint finish film thickness shall be *5 microns of high durability polyester on the exterior (weather) face and *2.5 microns of plain polyester on the interior face.
