Accurate measurements of gases require gas samples with stable dew points even under harsh ambient conditions.The ECM Gas Cooler is manufactured to perform gas analysis to decrease the dew point of humid
gas and avoid the process of condensation in the analyzing units.The stable and reduced gas dew point inhibits water vapor cross-sensitivity  and volumetric  discrepancies,and extend the service life of the whole equipment.
The ECM models provide a compressor-type cooling system connected to a cooling block. The cooling block evenly dissipates the heat thus supporting the highly efficient heat ex-changers.This device is ideally used for non-stop procedures that require less to negligible maintenance services & capable of self evaluation through the aid of status alarm.More over,its 100% CFC free with environment-friendly and the patented thermostatically controlled system,thus can make sure the stability of the outlet sample gas dew point and ruled out the temperature fluctuations caused by the traditional condenser switch mode. 
The cooling block accommodates either a single stream or a dual stream heat ex-changer hence the cooler may serve two separate sample gas streams.Condensate is removed either by peristaltic pumps , by automatic condensate drains or condensate vessels.
