Template is a product developed to fixate and prevent wafer from detaching when cross section polishing diverse wafer products such as Si wafer, Sapphier wafer, GaAs wafer etc.
Traditionally, wax type hsa been used in common, however Template method could shorten the processing time and it has the merit of simple handling and cleaning.
It can satisfy customers by securing the size and the thickness of various raw and subsidiary materials and by practicing detailed quality control upon customer's request.
