BRIQUETTE PRESS:
Our
press is mechanical, piston/ram type which produces continuous logs
with approx ***0 Kg/M³ to ***0 Kg/M³ density. Continuous high
production capacity: ***0 KG/Hour. Finished product size; *0mm
diameter. Shape: Solid-Cylindrical. Biomass raw material with
particle size up to *0mm/2cm can be directly fed to the machine.
Less electricity use and processing/operating cost compared to
Screw type or hydraulic technology. No loss of production & air
pollution due to direct feeding system. The feed speed in conveyor
and feeding cone are controlled by variable speed drives to
optimize the production. Also the temperature sensors make the life
of internal moving parts of machine long lasting and safe in
operation. Our presses are CE marked as per European compliance.
Our machines are robust and built to run continuously *4 hours a
day and 7 days a week. Compared to other machines, our machines are
competitive in price and also the recurring costs of wear parts are
also economical which makes our machines successful.
BRIQUETTING: Biomass Briquetting is the process of converting
low bulk density biomass into high density and energy concentrated
fuel briquettes. Material is to be feed to the mouth of screw
conveyor which again feeds the material to the conical feeding
cone, from where material enters to the machine chamber where the
piston/ram compress it to form the briquette log. It does not
require adding any binder/glue/chemicals so it is **0% natural.
Moisture level should be 6% to *2% in material, so the end product
briquettes contain less moisture compared to most of the firewood
which enhances storing life, burning efficiency and it burns
without producing smoke.
BRIQUETTES:
Briquettes have high calorific value
ranges between ********0 K. Cal/KG, compared to fire wood or loose
biomass. Briquettes give much higher boiler efficiency because of
low moisture and higher density. Briquettes are good substitute of
coal/wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal
application. Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. Sawdust,
Wood shavings, barks, Groundnut-shell, Sugarcane Bagasse, Coffee
Husk, Sunflower Stalk/husks, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste, Bamboo
Dust, Tea waste, Palm Fiber & husk, Soybeans husk, forestry
wastes and many other agri-wastes. Briquettes are widely used for
thermal application in different type of industries for steam
generation in boilers, heating purpose etc. Briquettes are being
used in home burning such as heating, cooking and also used in many
industries like: Ceramic Industries, Solvent Extraction Plant,
Dyeing Units, Food processing Industries, Textile Unit, Brick
making units, Chemical Industries, Milk plants, Rubber Industries
etc. Due to its uniform shape, briquettes are easy to pack and even
if un-packed, can be stored for long periods.
