i.e. T cells -> epidermis  secret inflammatory mediators INF-α, interleukins  -> inflammatory

Management

*-Topical agent

moisturizers ,mineral oils, coal tar ,corticosteroid ,vitamin D3 analogue (calcipotriol)

*- Phototherapy :
