1. High quality Air-end.  Schneider-Sunshine Air compressors adopt high quality air-end designed and manufactured by TMC in Italy, which has bigger screws, lower rotational speed, small liberation, low noise. The screws are new designed as asymmetric line and cylindrical roller bearing to enhance its efficiency and stability.
2. Imported PLC/Monitoring part.  Customers can use the intelligent monitoriing part PLC to monitor and control the compressor. Furthermore, Remote control makes attended operation possible. Except monotoring the operation by displayed date, this PLC can also realize autodiagnosis, alarm function and capacity adjustment.
3. Imported SKF bearings. Our airend uses high performance SKF bearings to reduce metal wear and increase meshing stability, and result in high efficiency.
