We promote: • Natural products • Fresh, raw milk which has immediately been processed (no silege-fed milk or industrial milk) • Traditional high quality production Our company produces Switzerland Swiss Käse following a traditional recipe of fresh raw milk, water, cooking salt, rennet, selected bacteria cultures as well as lots of expertise and enthusiasm. So we can say, hand on heart: „piece by piece, a part of nature.” Rigorous and regular testing from the milk production to the end product guarantee highest quality. Additives and preservatives are also forbidden as are genetically modified organisms or the feeding of cows from silage or meat and bone meal.
