APPLCATION
The scrap conveyor type SKAT E**0WMJ is designed for operation at
underground mining plants at the rooms numbered into a, b or c
degree of methane explosion hazard and into A or B class of coal
dust explosion.
The conveyor can also be applied for works out of underground
mining industry, provided that working parameters are maintained
(motor power, capacity, route inclination angle).
SKAT E**0WMJ is intended for mined rock transportation from coal,
stone-coal and stone workings, horizontal or inclined as well as
from longwalls and small output walls.
The conveyor forms an intermediate component between the cutting or
loading devices and te means of underground transport.
The conveyor can operate at the inclination of +/- *8°, if it is
not limited by co-operating devices e.g. a cutter-loader. The
permitted inclination angle for the conveyor laying on the floor
can come up to +/- *5°.
Depending on the users needs i.e. motor power, transport system
SKAT E**0WMJ can be configured in the following way:
A - Suspended conveyor co-operating with a cutter-loader
The turning station is connected via a ball-joint with the
cutter-loader e.g. AM**0; AM**5; R***0
B - Suspended conveyor with the turning station on the floor
C - Suspended conveyor co-operating with a cutter-loader with
rotary driving unit suspension
D Anchored of strutted conveyor
E Line of conveyors
