We have a sea sand mining and export license of over *0 million cubic meters in Vietnam for overseas’ land reclamation projects. 
1) Currently looking for financially strong partners with *0 million USD cash injected for *1% or *9 million USD for *9% ownership of a joint venture. Payments: *0% down payments and paid in full within *0 days. Price negotiable. 
Note: exploitation, transportation to buyer’s vessel, all handling fees and costs are 2.*0 USD/m3 more or less. The total investment cost per unit is about 3.*5 USD/m3. 
2) May consider to sale at FOB Vietnam port at: (i) 5.*5 USD/m3 for module 1.1 or less; (ii) 5.*5 USD/m3 for module over 1.1 and less than 2.0; (iii) 6.*5 USD/m3 for module over 2.0. Quantity: contract of 2 – 8 million m3 per year with *0% LC and *5% cash down payment. Renewable each subsequent year.
A buyer’s or investor’s company letterheaded LOI is required to receive further documents.
