LB mobile asphalt mixing plant is available in various sizes and configurations to suit any type of batching facility. Customized design for special installations is offered, and a wide variety of options can be supplied.
1. The integrated bins for finished product greatly decrease the land-area of the plant; elevating system for skip is no longer needed, hence the down time is reduced.
2. Our uniquely designed paddles and the powerful mixer make the mixing operate easily, effectively and reliably;
3.The linear-mode screen driven by imported vibrator improves the screening efficiency and reduces the rate of breakdown for the plant;
4.The hot elevator adopts the double Gall's chain for hoisting, which not only prolongs the service life of the hoisting mechanism but also improves the operation stability;
5.The optimized flights structure of drying drum makes the drying system more effective and stable;
6. The modular design plants can be easily transported by standard equipment and rapidly installed at site;
7. The dual computer-controlled system with auto/manual switchable and auto self-diagnosis program make the operation smooth and safe;
8.The RAP interface is reserved for upgrade of hot RAP facilities;
9.Bag filter is being placed on top of drying drum; it reduces heat loss, thus saving fuel cost and space.   Main Structure of Asphalt Batch Mix Plant ( LB Series ) Burning system
1.International brand oil burner (could use both diesel and heavy oil), full automatic control.
2.The coal burning system which possesses independent intellectual property rights, help the customers reduce the production cost.


Vibrating screen system
1.The screen mesh is made from manganese steel with high strength; convenient for replace and maintenance;
2.Driven by two motors which are installed onto the screen, exciting force will be coupling automatically;


Cold aggregate supply system
1.Aggregate supply system adopts 3*2 modularization structure and frequency conversion timing, making material delivery smooth. Without phenomenon such as block, obstruct and so on.
2.Frequency conversion timing with credible capability; modulerized design will be convenient for transport.


Electrical control system
The advanced control interface, industrial monitoring system and international electrical elements compose the operation system, can realize data management, or store recipe, adjust time, material weighing correcting, failure self-diagnosis; failure alarming, interlock protection, store and print production reports etc.


Drying drum
1.Outside the drying drum is covered with a *0mm heat preservation structure,
2.Professional designed lifting blades inside the drum, which can promote thermal efficiency. 
3.Temperature detecting device is equipment beside the outlet of the drum.

  Environmental Protection: 1. Total dust collection with 1st-level inertial collecting, 2nd-level bag house and dust collecting modules for various portions of facilities;
2. We establish environmental protection concepts according to the European standards to achieve lower dust emission and acid emission and noise control and so on.
