Marbling is a traditional Turkish art of creating colorful patterns by sprinkling and brushing color pigments on a pan of oily water and than transforming this pattern to all kind of objects.Leather marbling is a mono-printimg technique where colors are deposited onto gelatinous size.By using stylus, rakes and combs the pattern is made on the surface of the size.Leather, all kind of clothes treated with alum is than carefully laid onto the surface of the size.A few seconds later, the leather or clothe is removed the size and the patterns is transfered onto the leather or xxxxx surface of the size is than skimmed with a strip of material to remove the remaining xxxxx process is repeated for the next xxxxx pattern made is therefore unique.
