The furnace has the following configuration: * Plasma pyrolysis furnace PP***0 * Electric arc plasma torches with an alternating current: **0 kW PT***0 (3 units) * Electric power supplies for plasma torches (3 units) * Waste-feeding system * System for slag removal * System for cooling and filtering of emissions. Productivity: ***0 meter cubic for 1 ton of waste. * Control system for furnace and gases purification system Furnace PP***0 is equipped with a multi-step system for the cleaning of emissions and its hazardous components: after burning chamber, quencher, cyclone, scrubber and filter. As a result, the amount of residual hazardous components fully conforms to the international norms, and hence the furnace is safe to use anywhere in the world. Thermal energy and synthetic gas are produced as a result of this process and could be reused. Electrical energy obtained from synthetic gas could be used in a variety of applications. *3% of this energy could be used to fuel the furnace itself.
