Semiautomatic CNC Punching Line for Angles Model AP*6 We have CNC machine for construction steel structure, Tower steel structure, Large steel plates, Wire Bars, which convered with the function of drilling, marking, cutting, sawing etc. 1. This punching line consists of one set of punching machine, one infeed conveyor on its right and one outfeed conveyor on its left. The punching machine adopts fix-table press with the force of *0 tons which can be replaced by the customer's own punching machine. 2. There are two sets of dies on the punching machine, and holes with two kinds of diameters can be punched. Holes' dimension can be selected by computer program. Two gradient unloading units are used for preventing angles from being lifted by punching head. 3. The servo motor drives the directrix positioning bendmark side moving transversely so as to change the stadia via ballscrew. The air cylinder holds the angles on the bendmark side to ensure the accuracy. ***** guides and racks are fixed on the whole infeed conveyor. The carriage is driven by servo motor and moves on the guide, which ensures that the holes will be punched at the accurate position. 5.Just the dimension or copy the workpiece program from special software into the computer, the holes will be punched perfectly. ***** applied components such as CNC system, servo motor, electro magnetic valves, etc., are all imported qualified products.
