With the production capacity of **0,**0 tons/year, Shandong Zibo Jinding Mining Wang Wangzhuang Iron Mine was began to build in ***2, put into operation in ***7, and achieved the design capacity in ***0. Through research and discussion, the board of directors decided that the production capacity should be expanded to 2,**0,**0 tons/year from ***3. From June, ***7 to ***1, the total amount of coal mining of Wang Wangzhuang Iron Mine is 2,**2,**0 tons, and the worked-out section is about **0,**0 m3. As the filling facilities are simple and crude and not equipped according to **0,**0 tons production capacity, the filling capacity is less than mining capacity. Therefore, only part of the worked-out section are filled, which directly affects the mine safety production, and also leaves hidden danger for future safety production.

Currently, there is a piece of land near the iron mine body used as air shaft filling area. In order to satisfy the filling needs, a new filling plan shall be designed to expand filling facilities.

Basic plan:

Cementing filling medium-length hole mining method, designed by our company for the Iron Mine, takes concentration plant tail sand as the raw material, uses our cementing powder with Independent intellectual property rights as the cementing material. The tail sand uses the full tial sand in stockpiling tailing pond of Jinling Iron Mine, and is conveyed by belt conveyor and metered by electronic belt scale, while the cementation powder will be stored in material silo, conveyed and proportioned by screw conveyor and screw metering scale. The filling system adopts two-stage stirring composed by double-shaft stirrer and high-efficient activation stirrer. The prepared filling slurry will flow naturally to the filling area through filling drilling and laying pipeline.

Technical innovation:

     It solves the problem of selecting reasonable filling slurry concentration by making full use of two-phase-flow loop lab of our company.

     It uses the new-type filling cement material that can be self-developed and have independent intellectual property, which can improve the cementing performance and roof jointing effect of filling body.

Central control system adopts WinCC human-computer interface, which can carry out remote commissioning and system maintenance through network.

     The filling cost is low.

The project is a deep hole blasting super-large thickness type filling engineering.
