I. General Description:
The cut-to-length machine is used to cut a long steel strip/skelp/plate broad into a certain length.It applies to materials of Q**5, Q**5, etc these kinds of steel coils.The production line is PLC controlled.It possesses characters of high shear accuracy, good strip dividing quality and wide application scope.

II. Process Flow:
Loading car→ Strip/skelp uncoiler →Pinching and leveling machine →Cut-to-length machine→Fine leveling machine→Stacker

III. Main Equipments:

1. Loading car
Function:It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on uncoiler.Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving.The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel.When the coil is on uncoiler, the car will return back to the start position.It can also carry back the unfinished coils from uncoiler.
Structure:The main body is four-wheel construction, which is divided into two parts, welded by steel plate and profiled bar.The upper support surface is covered by nylon board for preventing scratching the plate.Hydraulic oil cylinder controls raise and lower.Its rigid balance after being loaded can be managed by guided post.The movement of the trolley is driven one AC motor.
2. Uncoiler
Function:To unwind the coil.
Advantage:Fast feeding speed, easy operation.
3. Pinching and leveling machine
Function:Deliver the steel strip to next step.
Devices:Transmitter, pinching machine, press device, centering device, Hydraulic clutch.
Structure:2 rollers pinching 5 rollers by oil cylinder compressor, up and down delivering.Horizontal and vertical rolling.Axle box departure up-and -down moving through transmitter driven by motor and reduction box.

4. Cut-to-length machine
Function:Cut the head and end of strip plate, and cut it to the sized plate.

Structure:Consists of shearing device and front/back reverse turning plate.Cutting device is four-link type, driven by hydro-cylinder.Mechanical compress.Reverse turning plates are driven by hydro-cylinders.

5. Transitive roll rable device (1^st )
Function:For transition of fixed length steel plate.
Structure:Includes three sets of transitive roll tables.Each transitive roll table is made up of front/back conveying rollers and belts, material rest, and reducer.Welded material rest connect with front transfer roller, reducer, the belt drive plate to move forward.

6. Fine leveling machine
Function:Leveling the fixed length plate.

Structure:Consists of leveler body and transmission device.Lever body includes left/right frame, leveling rollers assembly, up/down carrier rollers, up rollers compress device, worm gear screw lifting device.*1 pcs rollers for plate leveling, (five up and six down) work by electric screw down.Stand material is welded frame, the sliding surface inlay wear-resistant materials.The pinch roller is same with leveling rollers.Transmission device consists of cardan shaft, branch gear box, reducer, motor and base.

7. Transitive Roll Table Device (2^nd)
Function:For transition of fixed length steel plate.
Structure:Includes three sets of transitive roll tables.Each transitive roll table is made up of front/back conveying rollers and belts, material rest, and reducer.Welded material rest connect with front transfer roller, reducer, the belt drive plate to move forward.

8. Automatic Stacker
Function:Collect cut steel plates and stacking in order.
Structure:Made up of lifting device, walking mechanism, aligning device and frames.
