Silicone Flangeless Plugs:
Silicone Flangeless Plugs are ideal for powder coating, E-coating, plating and anodizing. Other materials (such as EPDM, NBR, Natural rubber ) are available. This plug usually use as a plug for threaded holes. Flangeless is designed to be inserted via a direct pressure. Tapered ribs and hollow core allow for masking of multiple sizes of holes. Lots of sizes are available.


UFP plugs feature a tapered ,ringed body for easy masking of plain and
theaded holes,They are offered in silicone rubber and EPDM to suit
differing masking requirements ,These include electro-static powder
coatin ,E-coating plating ,wet painting epoxy coating etc.As well as
being used to plug holes ,UFP plugs can also be used as caps ,by virtue
of their hollow centre,A pull tab assists in fitting and removal of
the UFP plugs ,while the rings on the tapered body serve to keep the
top thread of the hole being masked ,free from powder or corrosive fluids
These plugs are colour coded for ease of identification,and reusable for
economy.
