Scale-Tron's SiloWeigh accurately measures the weight of silo and vessel contents by sensing the stress in the legs with Silex sensors. Similar to load cells, Silex sensors are stable during temperature changes, unlike may other systems. Vessel weights are viewed on either bar-graph displays or on screens of computers on the local network. An Internet database stores results for display of trend graphs and alarm logs. Optional alarm outputs can warn of high or low levels and the database can connect to suppliers to automatically refill the vessels.
