The fine screen is composed of a feeder, screen frame, rubber spring, anti-blinding and abrasion resistance polyurethane screen, electric vibrator, bracket, collecting hopper etc. It is mainly used for multi-grade classification of non-metallic mineral products.

Feeding Method

The patented technology of mandatory slurry distribution can make slurry spreaded on the sieve surface evenly to increase screening efficency and processing capability.

Secondary Recycled Pulp Making Technology

The nozzles of the equipment add water directly to one or more water troughs and the screening materials will experience complete rotation and be cracked into pieces in it. The materials moving downwards along the screen surface will be effectively classified and almost completely separated in coarse and fine parts by repeated pulp making and multiple screenings. It is noted that adding water directly to water trough instead of screen surface can avoid accelerating the wear and tear of the screens as well as coarse-escaping phenomenon through the meshes.
